Can I get a back and spine for my cover so it can be used in print?
It depends. Some designers will happily do a back cover and spine for you. But this will cost extra. The best thing to do is contact the designer of the cover you are thinking of buying beforehand by using the ‘Product inquiry’ form on product pages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer two payment methods: PayPal and credit card.

All payments are verified before your order is processed. This is to help prevent fraud.
How long will it take for my cover to be delivered?
All covers are delivered by email. Expect to receive your cover within 24-48 hours. If you haven’t received it after this time, please email [email protected] and I’ll look into it. Be sure to check your spam folder first though, as emails from designers have been known to end up there.
Do you offer instant downloads of your e-book covers?
No, because we have to edit the generic text before sending covers out. Once this is done, usually within 24 to 48 hours of receiving an order, covers are sent out by email.
Can you add the text for my cover design?
Yes your designer will add the text to your cover. There is a box on the checkout page; you can add your cover text there. If you don’t do that, your designer will contact you after you’ve made your purchase to ask what text you would like to have added.
Are your book covers exclusive?
All book covers on Pixodign are 100% exclusive and only sold once.
Note: our designers make use of stock photography so we cannot guarantee that the image/s in your cover will not be used elsewhere.
